Christmas is coming, and so is a Department of Peace

Christmas 2005 will soon be here, and 2006 will begin a week later. Enjoy them both!

I see rapid movement starting to happen worldwide in the effort to establish Departments of Peace or Ministries of Peace. Mike Abkin reported today via <dopactivist> on yahoo.com that Dot Maver and others have made strong inroads at a conference in Puerto Rico.

2006 might be the year that one long-awaited Department of Peace is established. Marianne Williamson once said that if she had to name a world capital (keep in mind that Marianne has seen a lot of the world), she'd name London, England.
